What began as a simple “what if” turned into a full-scale GenAI experiment: What if the Costco Bear showed up in Sweden?

Through a flexible AI-driven pipeline, we produced a four-part digital series following the Bear’s adventures across Malmö,  from fueling up to exploring Costco aisles and grabbing pizza at the food court.

The result? A viral phenomenon with over 400,000 views, Costco’s most-watched campaign to date, proving that AI storytelling hits differently when crafted with real cinematic discipline.
